UK work entitlement
In line with immigration legislation, ADS verifies the right to work in the UK for all its employees, including temporary and casual employees.
ADS is committed to equality of opportunity in its recruitment, selection and employment practices. To prevent discrimination ADS treats all applicants in the same way and verifies the eligibility of all new staff to work in the UK in accordance with the procedures listed below.
Employing workers who are not eligible to work in the UK is a criminal offence that carries substantial financial penalties and can lead to imprisonment.
No employee should commence work at ADS until their eligibility to work in the UK has been verified, and a certificate of sponsorship issued, where appropriate
