Volunteering at ADS is also a great insight into what it is like working in social care, giving you the chance to see if perhaps it would be a good career choice for you in the future.

We’ll give you an induction to ADS when you join, and explain everything your role will involve and give you specific on the job training. Don’t forget, you can claim back any travel expenses you incur while carrying out your work for ADS .
