Performance Management Team

Welcome to the Performance Management section. ADS is accountable for the performance of its services to a variety of people and organisations, and reports relating to this performance are regularly and closely scrutinised. The NTA (National Treatment Agency) via the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS), commissioners, local authorities, the contract monitoring process and, most importantly, our clients – all rely on the effective interpretation and understanding of statistics to improve treatment programmes, and react successfully to emerging problems and issues.

The Performance Management team consists of the following people:

Our team and working with Others

Performance Management is not a department in isolation. Much of what the Team produces and its many areas of involvement directly link with the work-plans of both the Quality, Standards and Practice Team and with the Head of Policy and Research.
