ADS is a registered charity governed by a Board of Trustees in accordance with its governing document approved by the Charity Commission. The Trustees as a board are responsible for the governance of ADS. The current Board of Trustees is made up of 18 Trustees and they bring a wealth of experience from a range of backgrounds.
There are 3 sub committees: Finance, Professional and HR Communications & Marketing .
Formally, the Board delegates responsibility for management to the Chief Executive, who in turn delegates specific responsibilities to Directors.
