ADS works with individuals, families and communities affected by addiction. By placing clients at the centre of our work and responding to need, we help to transform lives and promote change.
Values
The way we all conduct ourselves expresses our values and is the very essence of what we do and how we approach our work. We always put the client first, involving clients at every level within the organisation whilst recognising that are work with clients cannot be delivered in isolation from the communities in which we operate.

- The work of ADS requires flexibility. All our clients and staff are treated as individuals and support is personalised and tailored to meet their individual needs. We will work in partnership flexibly with a range of different agencies and communities in the interest of what works.

- We are professional in everything we do and have a salaried and volunteer workforce with the skills, experience and support to deliver safe, effective and evidence based solutions to people affected by addictions and dependencies.

- Building on our heritage we are always looking for innovative evidence based solutions to addictions and dependencies and to provide treatment that engages clients and delivers effective outcomes for all sectors of the community.
