What we offer

At our ADS centre in Leeds we offer an exciting range of therapeutic and complimentary therapies, educational training, social activities, a one to one counselling service as well as support and advice to those who are 18+ and may be worried about a family member or friend with a drug or alcohol misuse problem.

Community Alcohol service

We provide advice, information and support to those whose lives are affected by alcohol. The first step following assessment may be one-to-one counselling, the option to attend various workshops, alternative therapies, plus social, leisure and educational activities. Where required, we arrange access into in-patient / community detox and residential rehabilitation.

Community Rehab Programme

Is a structured day care programme to help individuals live life to the full, free from alcohol dependency. It supports people to make positive changes to their lifestyle through a range of individual and group activities. The community rehab is a 10 week course with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week including group work, one to one sessions and other social activities.

Drugs – Structured Counselling and Aftercare

We offer a structured counselling and aftercare service for people with substance use issues.

All of our services are free to anyone over 18 who lives in the Leeds area and has problems with alcohol or drug misuse, or is worried about a family member or friend.

What happens when we meet?

First we find out what you want and need. Then, together, we develop a plan to tackle your concerns and work out goals for your treatment. This plan might include individual counselling sessions, support sessions or joining a selection of groups within our project.
